Yesterday I was enjoying a delicious cream puff. Wel, actually several. OK, about 15. I started to wonder who came up with the great idea to insert a creamy blob of goo into a flaky bit of pastry. Hmmm……Cream puff….Cream Puff….Puff…Puff…Daddy…Daddy….Puff Daddy! Eureka. Unfortunately, a search on the Internets turned up diddly instead of Diddy. Does anyone know the story behind Puff Daddy and the invention of Cream Puffs?
