very strange line in Notorious BIG song Juicy

At about 52 seconds into the song Juicy by Biggie Smalls/Notorious BIG… HE says time to get paid, blow up like the world Trade…. Just wondered what people thought of this. The song was made way before 9/11… CONSPIRACY!! WAHHH!

   The word trade center was also bombed back in 1993 he could have been referring to that.

   The world trade center was truck bombed in 1993 thus the world trade center bombing reference.
